All righty-roo, folks. First off, hello to any of you wonderful new people who are clicking through on the new round of advertising I’m doing. Lovely to see you here. There seem to have been about 100 of you so far, so that’s awesome. Keep coming back! We’re pleasant here! If you like what you see, please feel free to go click that Like button thingy over on the left there and become a fan on Facebook. There’s some behind-the-scenes material there for fans, and it also gives me a pretty cool way to gauge how many people are enjoying the comic. Plus, once we hit 30 people it’ll let me have a custom URL! No more facebook.com/1i123-91-0293whatever! We can be facebook.com/knifestone or something! Go go! The race to 30 is on!
For all you old-timers, and to point it out to you new peeps as well, we’ve finally got the much-promised Characters page up. You’ll see some people we haven’t seen in a while. Or, for you new people reading through the archives, you’ll see nicer-looking versions of some people you just saw. I also updated the Archive. It’s a little more reader-friendly now.
Additionally, what with the potential influx of new people, this is a wonderful time to point out there’s a Formspring page for Knifestone in case you’ve got any questions or require any clarifications on things.
In temporarily sadder but now as happy as ever news, the website was down for about 15 hours on Friday morning. There were some shenanigans, which we’ll be discussing on episode 16 of Sack Lunch All-Stars which comes out tomorrow, March 28th. If you tried to come here during that time and were met by craziness, I apologize. There are also a few tidbits about the future of Knifestone in that episode as well, so if you’re a dork like me and want some inside information, give it a listen.
I’ll probably be recapping all this stuff in the new post for the page coming up on Tuesday, but I figured I might as well let you know now that all the final website stability ripples are past us!
See you Tuesday!
